A session presenting the Coleg Cymraeg's new behaviour change implementation pack.
The Coleg commissioned behaviour change agency Claremont to create the Behaviour Change Implementation Pack.
The pack is intended to provide guidance and advice to practitioners who work with learners who are in the process of making decisions about their education.
Together we can help prospective students to make informed decisions about their next steps when studying through the medium of Welsh at university.
This session will provide an overview of the pack including:
- How to understand our audience
- The barriers and motivations that influence students' decisions about studying through the medium of Welsh
- The messaging strategies that can help reduce uncertainty, build confidence and demonstrate the benefits of studying through the medium of Welsh.
There will be an opportunity to work together to share ideas and create meaningful interventions that make a real difference.
This workshop is aimed at lecturers at universities and further education colleges, including Welsh language facilitators, marketing officers and career advisers.
